The project includes core and shell construction for 121 standalone villas and Z Villa buildings, alongside comprehensive infrastructure works for the Elect Zone. This encompasses the foundational and structural development required to establish the framework of each villa, as well as the necessary infrastructure to support the Elect Zone, ensuring a solid and well-integrated foundation for future enhancements.
