This Project includes the execution of a fully finished residential phase within 𝗭𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 , with an approximate built-up area of 𝟭𝟬𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺². The scope comprises 7 residential buildings (10 stories each) featuring five architectural prototypes, integrated on a shared podium with an underground parking facility.

The project scope encompasses comprehensive structural and architectural works, complete finishing packages, MEP and HVAC systems, in addition to communication and security systems, ensuring a fully integrated residential environment delivered to the highest standards.
