The project comprises the full execution and finishing of 𝟏𝟔𝟖 𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬 across 7 distinct typologies distributed over 5 platforms, including comprehensive concrete works, complete finishing packages, full MEP scope, and an integrated fence package covering concrete works, chain link systems, electrical utilities, intercom infrastructure, and 7,300 linear meters of fencing with varying height specifications.
